Ryan J. Clements, Barrister & Solicitor

Ryan J. Clements has a diverse background in business and law. He has worked for two international law firms where he gained valuable experience in a wide variety of legal fields including corporate and commercial law, securities, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate and residential real estate and trusts and estate planning. Ryan has also worked in a research and business development capacity for two major Canadian investment banks and also as a consultant for an oilfield technology company.

Ryan Tilleman has a solicitor's practice focused on providing legal and strategic business advice to small to mid-size companies and organizations, assisting individuals and companies on various commercial and residential real estate transactions and counselling individuals with respect to wills and estate matters. Having previously worked in the business law departments of the Calgary and New York offices of a prominent Canadian international law firm, Ryan has obtained particular experience in a variety of practice areas, including corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions (buying and selling both public and private companies), corporate reorganization and restructuring, commercial real estate, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
